Where Do We Begin, LLC is a local, family-owned business situated in Winter Springs, FL, serving the broader Central Florida region. Established initially in 2016 and then re-established in 2019, WDWB LLC offers diverse home services and products aimed at enhancing and maintaining homes. Our services include moving assistance, organization solutions, item haul away, and the valuable Helping Hand personal Assistance. Additionally, we also sell pre-owned home furnishings.
The roots of Where Do We Begin trace back to 2016 when owner Michael Patrick connected with a neighbor across the street. The neighbor faced the challenge of needing hip surgery but his home was in disarray, unfit for his post-surgery needs. Michael, along with the neighbor's sister, dedicated weeks to transform the house into a space where the neighbor could heal comfortably. This commitment exemplifies the company's ethos of serving the community that supports us.
The business operated alongside Michael's full-time job at Lockheed for about a year. Although the initial hope was for the business to become a full-time endeavor, the timing wasn't right. After a year, Michael put the business on hold but continued to cater to clients seeking our services.
In 2019, Michael decided to give the business another shot, this time involving his nephew, Nicholas, who was seeking employment. With Michael's support, Nick kickstarted the business, gaining enough momentum for Michael to eventually quit Lockheed and focus on WDWB full-time.
Though the journey has seen its challenges, the business now stands on solid ground, with the unwavering support of the community, employees, friends, and family promising a bright future ahead.
